I’ve been there with my old printer. It's smart to reach out to Brother support directly for issues like that. On a different note, after dealing with so many 2D printer headaches, I’ve been curious about getting into additive manufacturing instead. Does anyone have recommendations on where to source reliable 3D Printing Powder for metal or nylon prototypes? It feels like a whole different world from troubleshooting ink cartridges.
