Its blend of neem, ghee, lemon, coconut, and almond really helps with skin health, metabolism, and detoxification. It’s amazing how something as simple as navel care can have such a holistic impact on overall well-being.

While embracing this ancient practice, I also began taking a non-religious reiki spiritual course, which has been an eye-opening experience.
