Arkady L. Bukh (Russian: Аркадий Львович Бух) is an American criminal defense attorney. He is best known for representing Azamat Tazhayakov, a college student charged with conspiring to obstruct justice with the intent to impede a terrorism investigation in the aftermath of the Boston Marathon bombing.

Until now, there have been no cases pending before American courts to enforce a Russian court decision to impose subsidiary liability, so this is effectively the first unsuccessful attempt by Russian creditors to collect subsidiary liability in the United States.
Boston Marathon bombing.Arkady Bukh represented Azamat Tazhayakov, one of the alleged co-conspirators in the Boston Marathon bombing. He was sentenced to 42 months and was released in May 2016.Another participant in the crime - Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was convicted of 30 counts and was subsequently sentenced to death. Tsarnaev was represented by the Federal Public Defender's office.
Alexander Vinnik was charged in the United States with laundering between $4 billion and $9 billion through the BTC-E crypto exchange and distributing malware for the purpose of extortion. Alexander Vinnik was facing up to 100 years in prison, but in February 2025, the criminal case against Alexander was dropped and he was released from a U.S. prison and transferred to the Russian Federation in exchange for American Mark Vogel, who is serving time in a Russian prison.
Russian hacker Igor Klopov, who stole several million dollars from the accounts of millionaires on the Forbes list, faced more than 100 years in prison. The Manhattan prosecutor's office brought charges on 146 counts. As a result of the trial, Klopov was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison.

Khorokhorin was sentenced to 88 months in prison and $125,739 in restitution.
