How to Improve Cross-Team Collaboration in Chambers Without Slowing Down Workflow?

Hey everyone,
I’ve been thinking a lot about how different teams within chambers—clerks, associates, and partners—can collaborate more efficiently. In our setup, communication often gets delayed because everyone uses different tools or prefers different methods (emails, Teams, or in-person). This sometimes slows down urgent case preparation or document review.

I’m curious—how do your chambers handle cross-team collaboration without creating bottlenecks? Do you use specific platforms, set routines, or have someone coordinate between departments? I’m especially interested in solutions that maintain confidentiality and workflow speed at the same time.

Would love to hear what’s working (or not working) for others here.
