Hi folks! I’m looking for some advice regarding occupational therapy services in Australia. My sister is recovering from a complicated wrist injury, and even though she’s healing physically, she’s struggling with basic daily tasks like cooking, washing, and even typing for work. She was told OT could help her regain confidence and independence, but we’re unsure where to start and what a good service should actually include. If anyone has used an OT service that does home visits and gives practical, real-world support, I’d appreciate your recommendations.

This breakdown of how occupational therapy supports daily living skills is really helpful—especially the emphasis on building confidence through small, structured steps. I’ve been exploring similar approaches and found resources like https://pcsoftwarefiles.com/ useful for organizing therapy tools and routines in a more accessible way.
