Hey, everyone. Is here someone from Auckland? I have to move there for a year or a little more, because the company I work for opens there new office, and I have to work there. What are the prices there, especially in the city center? Will it be too expensive to buy a flat with 2 rooms?

Hello, BerCoop! Oh yes, a two-room flat is gonna be pretty expensive, especially if it is situated in the city center. Auckland is one of the most expensive cities in the world. Do you really need to BUY a flat for just one year? Think of renting one instead. It is cheaper and easier. But ok, it's up to you to decide.
