Hey everyone, I need some advice on buying ergonomic chairs. I've been experiencing back pain lately, and I think it's because of my current chair. Can anyone recommend a good ergonomic chair that provides proper support and helps with posture? My budget is around $300.

Hi Alice! I totally understand your concern, and finding the right ergonomic chair can make a huge difference in comfort and back support. With a budget of $300, I'd suggest checking out brands like Herman Miller, Steelcase, or Autonomous ergonomic chair canada https://www.progressivedesk.ca/collections/ergonomic-chairs. They offer a range of ergonomic chairs with adjustable features and lumbar support. Personally, I've been using the Autonomous ErgoChair 2, and it's been fantastic for my back. It has multiple adjustment options, mesh back for breathability, and a comfortable seat cushion. You might want to consider giving it a try!
