How do you fix Canon printer not responding?

1. Press Windows key + R to open up a Run Box. Type “control.exe /name Microsoft. Troubleshooting” and hit Enter to open Windows Troubleshoot.
2. In the Troubleshoot window, scroll down, click on Printer then select Run the troubleshooter.
3. Wait until the troubleshooter detects the problems related to your printer drivers. If any inconsistencies are found, you will be asked if you want to follow the repair strategies. If that’s the case, click on Apply this fix and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the repair process.
