Hey. I recently noticed that the vast majority of positive reviews about Thumbtack come from customers who have used Thumbtack to find service providers that meet their needs. You can see this if you read the Thumbtack reviews here https://thumbtack. ... edconsumer.com/customer-service.html
. Many of them are very happy with the service they provided, often giving five star ratings and leaving Thumbtack reviews stating that they will re-hire their contractor. Hiring a service provider through Thumbtack is just as safe as hiring through a web search, directory, or ad.
